House Mouse & Friends #7~Tags...

This weeks theme over at HM&F is Tags,so I used a tag shaped card blank.
Paper is BG,flower is Poppicrafts,pearls are Kaiser,gems are PM,ribbon is SU.
The stamp is my new one & is called "Love Bunny"(HMI1014).I coloured the image with Promarkers & also the edges of the card.Cardstock is Bazzill.TFL :o)xxx

I used a new Tilda image & gave it an Autumnal feel with my Promarkers & PM "Flowery" paper.Cardstock is SU &Bazzill.Flowers are Floradoodles.Tab punch is SU.

Penny Black Saturday Challenge#16~Seasons....

I made this card for this weeks PBSC.It was really odd taking the pic in a very hot conservatory & the card is for xmas,lol!!!!
I used a new stamp I bought at last weeks craft fair ,it is called "Thinking Of You".The paper is PM "Naughty & Nice Christmas",fluffy fibres from local craft shop,Snow Berries from CWC,winter stickers are from my monthly kit again!!! (get loads of use out of them),image is coloured with Promarkers.

A Spoonful of Sugar#18~So Charming...

I have used an image sent to me by Natalie,it is a gorgeous stamp she bought at last weeks craft fair,we both thought he was great,but they only had 1, so Natalie very kindly sent me some images,Thankyou!!! :o)x
I used BG Figgy Pudding paper,SU Real Red cardstock (brilliant stuff,just ordered a whole pack of this colour!),the charm is Making Memories,brad from stash.Sentiment is Craftwork Cards & the scalloped circle was cut with my Nesties.His nose is emphasised with a Snow Berry from CWC.The "chill" stamp is studio g from The Range (99p).I coloured the image with Promarkers.
This is my entry for this weeks ASFOS challenge.

WOJ Challenge #1...

This is my entry to the new WOJ challenge,I used my new kit I got yesterday,again.
I used the "Melinda Hugging Heart" stamp & coloured her with Promarkers.Everything else is from my kit,that was nice & easy,lol!!!! Must buy more kits,cuts down on typing!!! TFL :O)XXX

Friday Sketchers #20...

My monthly cardmaking Kit arrived this morning,so put it to good use & did the sketch over on Friday Sketchers.
I really enjoyed doing this sketch,it took me quite a while to do this card!!!
This months kit from Sarah's Cards,is based on the Autumn Leaves, MOD, range,it's very colourful & everything co-ordinates beautifully.The stamp is included & is called "Flower Stems" by Rhonna Farrer,I coloured it with Promarkers.All the rest of the things used are from the kit.
Picture isn't very good,I took it under my Daylight lamp,but colours are much deeper IRL!

House Mouse & Friends #6~Stitching...

Not sure why,but this pic looks blk & wht ?!!! It is coloured in,honest!!!
I used my new stamp that arrived today,it is called "Perfect Fit" (HMJR1009)& how good was that, the theme this week on HM&F is Stitching.
I coloured the image with Promarkers (I did!) & highlighted bits with my Sakura pen.
The paper is PM "Exquisite"paper collection (The Range) & I stamped the corners with a new PB stamp "Corner Piece" (3859H).Pearls are Kaiser,Heart pin from ebay,ribbon is SU.lace & buttons from stash.The sentiment I did myself on the computer,wooo!!!!!

Sketch Saturday#17...

I have used a stamp I bought on Saturday from www.littleclaire.co.uk he is called "Little Claire's Snowman" (CD807)
I spotted him & thought he was luvly,Natalie helped me search the stall for him,lol!!!
I have used BG Figgy Pudding paper,SU red card,base card is Bazzill.I used my new Threading Water Fiskars punch & doodled to make it look lacey.
I also bought some Ivory Flower Soft on Saturday,to use as fur/snow,so tried it on this lil fellas hat & it's great!!! I coloured him with Promarkers & then dotted stickles around him to look like snow.The silver trims on each corner are called "Sleigh Bells" & are made by Craftworkcards,each set have a different name,depending on the colours & they are only £1 a bag,so ended up with 5 bags,lol!!!!

I have just emailed my entry & info to the DT Call at Silly Monkeys.Arghhhhh!!!!!!
OK,I'm calm,lalalalala..... ;O)
I used SU card as the base,K& Co Wild Saffron papers (my most fave!!!),the sparkly paperclip & tag under image are from the same range.Image is "Bethany Angel" by High Hopes & she is coloured with Promarkers,her wings have got stickles on them.Gems on corners are PM,pearls are Kaiser,ribbon on tag is SU & I created the sentiment on the computer,all by myself ;O)!!!!
Now I have to wait to see what happens.Wish me luck & good luck to anyone who has also entered.TFL :o)xxx

Whiff Of Joy DT~My Entry....

OOOOO,I'm so nervous,lol!!!!
This is it,my 1st entry to a DT call.
After all your luvly,kind words,last week,you inspired me to take a chance.
This was also a chance to use some of my gorgeous new goodies from the show on Saturday.
The pink heart shaped doiley is from http://www.ribbonbox.co.uk/ they are very pretty but rather pricey,5 for £1.I will be using them sparingly,lol!!!
The circles were cut using my new,lge circles & lge scalloped circles Nesties.The card is Bazzill.
The image is "Melinda Blowing Kisses"from WOJ I have coloured the image with Promarkers,added Stickles to her wings,glazed some areas & highlighted with Sakura pen.
Paper is PM "Flowery."
The "Adage Tickets" are by Tim Holtz (just luv these,they were the highlight of my day on Saturday!!!)
Flowers are Prima,brad is PM,bead cap is from Marlene's ebay shop,heart charm & jump ring are from craft fair.
The adhesive lace is Paper Cellar,ribbon from stash.
I used Katharina's sketch #29.

Cute Card Thursday #28~Food...

This wonderful image was sent to me by Els & lots more besides !!! Thankyou Els,wow,there are so many,I'm spoiled for choice!!!!
I had the paper already in my stash & thought it went well with the carrots on it.I watercoloured the image,for a change.Highlighted the carrot with orange Stickles.Card & ribbon is SU.Baubles are from Stampingbella.Sentiment is CWC.
This is my entry for the Cute Card Thursday challenge as the theme is Food & these 2 lil characters look like they are certainly enjoying theirs!!!!

I had the most BRILLIANT day!!!!!!!!!!!!
Natalie was excellent company & we shopped till we dropped (& spent up,lol!!!)
Look at all my goodies! Can't wait to play.
I got everything on my wish list except FF xmas set,but no probs,I got new circle Nesties,Fiskars threading water punch,Tim Holtz goodies................................PHEW! I'm pooped!!!!
We had a great time & that's what it's all about!
What a wonderful way to spend a day,craft shopping,can't wait to do it again :o)xxx

A Spoonful of Sugar#17~Christmas is Coming...

Hey Girlies!!! Can you even begin to imagine how excited I am about tomorrow?! (The Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza~Harrogate)
Just 1 more sleep,Aaaaaaarghhhhhh!!!! I will be like a child at xmas,lol!
Talking of xmas,I have made this card for this weeks challenge over on ASFOS,I have managed to get it posted in time this week.
I used freebie mag papers,Precious Moments image from my mate on ebay,Diane.
Fibres are ages old,I have got loads of sets from someone on ebay,can't remember sellers name,sorry.I wound them round the card & tied them on the inside.Image is coloured with Prisma pencils & Zest-It,added stickles to hat & cuffs,bling are PM.I actually used a peel-off for the greeting,I never use them except for xmas,think cos they are shiny,they sort of go with xmassy type cards.
I might be back later,if I manage to get any cards done & can sit still long enough!!! ;O)xxx

House Mouse & Friends #5~ Paper Piecing...

Phew!!!! I saved the best til last!!!!
My fave challenge,luv,luv,luv these lil creatures!!!!
This weeks HM&F challenge is to use paper piecing,so used "Twinkle Toes"(HMGR1013)& paper pieced her tutu with Laura Ashley spotted paper to go with the papers I have used on the card.
Hope you are sat down for this, cos I didn't use Promarkers....GASP!!!!!!! Nope used my old faithfulls, Prisma pencils & Zest-It,deep joy!!!!!! I really enjoyed using them & it was easier to get the shading right on the mouse.
The crocheted flower is from Poppicrafts,the spacer is from Ebay (Marlene's shop).The hatpin is ebay,pearl brad is PM.
Right,I'm worn out & I'm sure you must be catching up with me,lol!!!! I'll say goodnight & see you tomorrow.TFL :o)xxx

Is he not just the cutest lil cutey?!!!!
I just adore him,he is an old retired PB,called Rambling Ted & I just knew I had to have him,when I spotted him on ebay.
I used BG Boxer paper,coloured image with Promarkers,cs is SU & so is the ribbon.The "Journey" tag is K&CO,brads from stash.TFL :O)XXX

Stamp Something~Cherry Inspired Somethings...

This card is for the Stamp Something challenge.You have to create something inspired by cherries.
I have had this paper forever & also in blk & red,but never used it,think cos it has the skulls on,not my usual pretty/girly stuff!! It certainly came in handy though,at last!
The oval was cut with Nesties,out of Bazzill cs,then wrapped some fabric covered wire,called Desire Memory by DMC,alternately round the scalloped oval,then hooked the cherry charm onto the wire,before tucking under at the back.The charm was red,so painted it with pink nail varnish!!! (Miami by Boots 17,if your interested,lol!!!)
Tilda was coloured with Promarkers,bling from stash.TFL :O)X

I'm still here...

I cannot get my pics onto the comp,grrrr!!! I have done 7 cards/challenges,but will have to wait for the fellas to get home to help this damsel in distress ;O)
It seems ages since I posted anything,I'm getting withdrawel symptoms,haha!!!!
I want to be on a Design Team,it's not fair!!! I keep seeing people asking for DT members,but I daren't apply,I fear rejection! It is a big problem with me,my Husband gets annoyed cos I never apply for anything or take chances,I like to play safe!!!
Anyway enough whingeing,lol!!! It is only 3 more sleeps to the GNPE craft fair,OMGoodness,think I might burst with excitement & poor Natalie will have to calm me down at the doors,teehee!!! We have both got our wish lists & saved our pennies up,so consider us armed & dangerous, & don't get in our way when those doors open at 10am!!!!!! We will be like a pair of headless chickens running round the place!!!

I am still about,but have converted to a laptop & I'm getting everything transferred & up & running,so not posted for a bit!!!
Paul gave me his laptop & has sprayed it PINK!!! it's luvly & very me!!!! he has put some diamantes on it too,lol!!!! Will take a piccie later & hopefully will be able to post some cards on here too,been doing all my challenges.

I had a wonderful surprise on Saturday,The Range has opened in Halifax & it's really near me,I'm soooooooo happy!!!!! I went in,but was very good cos I'm going to The Great Northern Papercraft Extravaganza on Saturday with Natalie & I have been saving my pennies!!!

CCT#27~Cats & Dogs/BG~Buttons....

Now don't be fooled by the clever photography,my Son did it,lol!!!!
Bet you all thought I had got daring with the comp,no,no,no!!!! I needed to show you the shape of the card , the 3 diff papers used & how it ties at the back!!!!
I used Marlene's sketch(Thanx Marlene!),that she created, esp for this triangular card,must say they are really nice to use & such a change.
The theme is cats & dogs for this weeks Cute Card Thursday challenge ,so I dug deep & found a stamp called "Holly & Kitty Woogums" by Eat Cake Graphics.I used Promarkers to colour image.
The papers are all BG Euphoria & so are the buttons& the piece of fibre at the back,so that means I can enter my card into the new Basic Grey Challenge,you need to use buttons of any kind,but you have to use something BG on your card too.
Think that's my lot for now,lol!!! Thanx for calling ;o)xxx

PTW~Autumn Haze....

I really like all the Autumn challenges that are about,the colours are luvly to work with.
This weeks Papertake Weekly~Autumn Haze,themed challenge,is great.
I used K& Co Bailey paper.Green card is SU,image is a Sugar Nellie,coloured with Promarkers.I just got some photo hangers from Poppicrafts & put 1 in the cnr, but you can't see it for ribbons,lol!!! Rest of stuff from stash.TFL:o)xxx
