Home From Harrogate...

Look at this lil lot!!!
I'm exhausted after a brilliant day at the GNPE at Harrogate.
I went with Natalie & Julie & we spent up,lol!!!!
We met up with lots of people & it was great to put faces to names.

Friday Sketchers #45...

A nice bright card for you!!!
I used this weeks sketch over on Friday Sketchers by Claudia.
The image is Gorjuss,coloured with Promarkers,papers are Kate Knight Wild Blossom (again,will be using them loads!!!),flowers are Prima,rest from stash.
I cut the ends of the pins with my pliers ,as they look like lethal weapons,lol!!!
I'm not sure if I will have chance to post anything else today & tomorrow is GNPE at Harrogate!!! WOOHOO!!! Been saving like a mad woman & finally I can spend it all!!!
I'm going with Natalie & Julie & hoping to meet lots of luvly blogging buddies there too,so if I don't get back today,I will pop on & show you my goodies tomorrow night.

Sketch Saturday # 42...

I chose to follow this weeks sketch from the Sketch Saturday challenge,for my Mum's Mothers Day card.
I used an 8x8 card blank,papers are PM Retro Floral,image is the new Tilda Spring Kit & they are beautiful,I was lucky enough to receive some images from Jilli (thanx x),I coloured with Distress Inks,the butterfly on her hand has been stuck on with a foam pad,for 3d effect.Flowers were cut with Sizzix die,letters are Cuttlebug Hippie Chick Alphabet.TFL :o)xxx

Double Dutch#13~On A Roll...

This fortnights challenge over on Double Dutch is brilliant!!!

You have to transform a loo/kitchen roll inner & it couldn't have come at a better time for me,I needed something to wrap my Mum's Mothers Day pressie in & it fits so perfect,yey!!! :o)

I bought my Mum this beautiful Real Silver butterfly pin/brooch,as she likes butterflies,I wrapped it in tissue paper,popped it inside the loo roll (want to see her face when I tell her what it's made from,lol!!!) & made a matching tag,TA-DA!!!

Paper is K&Co Bailey,eyelets set with Cropodile,rest from stash.

I salvaged another empty loo roll last night,so gonna be making these all the time now!!!

Pollycraft Monday Challenge #11~Lynsey's Sketch...

Hello!!!
This weeks Pollycraft Challenge is a luvly sketch by Lynsey.
I enjoyed it very much & I used my new "Hello Sunshine!"stamp,for the edges I used the Flourish Corner stamp,then just inked parts of it for around the image.
Papers are BG Lilykate,the key ring is Tim Holtz & I made the charm with the same stamp & used shrink plastic.
I know you all like your sketches,so I will be checking to make sure you all join in!!!
There is a fab prize too,YUP! It's a"Catch A Falling Star" stamp,so what you waiting for?!!!

Mojo Monday#77...

This is my card for this weeks Mojo Monday Challenge.
I useda Smirk image sent to me by Jill (thanx x) & I think I'm going to have to invest now,they are sooooo cute & much nicer than I imagined.I also decided these Dovecraft Glamour Prints papers worked well with the image,it's the 1st time I have used these too,had them yonks!!!
Image coloured with Promarkers,cardstock is SU,flowers are punched & lil PM pearls added.

I just got my Luvly clock from Emma!!! It is even nicer IRL,it's on the chair next to me,keep looking at it,heehee!!! There was also some images for me to colour & a birthday card,awwww,how nice,it's my 1st & I'm saving it.Thanx soooo much Emma(& Funky Fairys!!!) & hope you are having a fab time at the NEC,MWAH!!!X

Tag you're It! #49~Time For Tea...

I luved this theme on TYI this week,so off I went to rummage & came up with this Woodware stamp,Perfect!!!
I ran my tag through the Cuttlebug Swirls embossing folder & then drew over the swirls with a Promarker & also coloured the image with them.I highlighted with Sakura Clear Star pen,the T42 are die cut with my Big Shot (Neon Extended Cuts),teapot charm from ebay,rest from stash.TFL :o)xxx

Ismaki#10~(Option-Swirls)....

I thought I had best post my cards on here,rather than leave them on my desk,lol!!! So 3 in a row here folks,sorry to bombard you all at once!!!
This is my card for this weeks Ismaki challenge,it's rather grungy.The image is a mini H&S,coloured with Promarkers,all card & paper is StampinUp! Brads are Bo-Bunny,they looked far too trendy for my local craft shop,so had to buy them at once,hahaha!!! Swirl stamp is Magnolia (they are soo handy,always using my Magnolia swirls).Button is BG.

Funky Fairys Challenge #7~Doorhanger...

Hee Hee!!! Look what I made for my Daughter,Holly!!! She is at college until 9pm tonight,so gonna pop it on her bedroom door handle to make her smile!!!!

That's all she does,shop & chill,she will think it's funny.That reminds me,I will have to make her a b'day card for the 1st April,she will be 22.Holly really likes the Gwen Stefani perfume bottle characters & these remind me of them.

This door hanger is for this weeks Funky Fairys Challenge,I used my Prismacolor pencils & Sansodor to colour,can you believe that?!,after all this time,they must feel so neglected!!!

Paper is what I won from Funky Fairys,they are the new download kit,called Feelin Fruity,Shabby Style.I luv em,the colours are so happy & spring/summery,will use them lots.

This is Tara,another of Chris's luvly downloads.
I used the PTW sketch by Dawny & it was luvly to use.

I worked v v hard at the Gym again today,phew,I sweat buckets,the instructor said tht's good,it shows I have done something!!!
I'm back at 9.30am tomorrow for another L,B&T class,I think I have flipped!!!

If it's hurtin,it's workin!!!!....

OOOH!!!! I ache today & I feel really grumpy,lol!!!!
I went to my 1st LB&T class & didn't do too bad,once I get my coordination,I will be fine!!!
I went around the equipment afterwards & did some more excercises,I have never sweat as much in my life,EUGH!!!!
My 3 doggies have all had some sort of tummy bug last week & I was woken at 5am with 1 or more of them being sick & needing the toilet.I had to scoop up their bedding & huge hallway rug,ready for me to wash this morning,so I feel all out of sorts now.
I'm back at the Gym at 1pm with a Fitness Instructor,so he can work a programme out for me to follow,I sound like a fitness freak,lol!!!
I will get some card making done inbetween everything else & will post something later,there are a few nice sketches about,so should be easy to whip something up.

I found them the other day whilst blog-hopping & had to have them,so I went to Chris's blog & bought all 4 of these cute lil girls.They are only 99p each & they just look amazing.Go on over & have a look,bet you don't come back empty handed,lol!!!
This image is called Elise,I coloured her with Twinkling H20's for her shimmery dress,the papers are BG Gypsy & I have folowed the sketch for this weeks BG challenge.The rub-ons are BG Two Scoops,pearls are PM.
I'm off to my 1st Legs,Bums & Tums class at 5.15pm,will report back later,if I can manage it,hahaha......TFL :o)xxx

Penny Black Saturday Challenge#39~Recipe 3,2,1 ...

Inbetween messing about with my blog I have managed to make a card last night!!!
It's for the PB challenge,following their recipe,3 brads,2 ribbons & 1 flower,so TA-DA!!!
Here's what I cooked up!!!
The papers are BG Lilykate (yummy!!!),the image is a new 2009 PB "Fairydust",coloured her with....Promarkers (shock,horror,no Distress Inks in sight,teehee!!!),added Sakura glitter pen,to places for extra sparkle.Brads are MM,rest from stash.

Have to tell you about my 1st visit to the Gym on Fri night.I'm aching all over,think I'm either unfit or old,lol!!!
My son is a Body Builder,so Hubby decided he wants to get in shape & stop being a couch-potato & he joined about 2 weeks ago.Think he felt bad leaving me at home,so he talked me into having a trial visit (Fri).
I went round all the equipment whilst watching Emmerdale on big TV's located everywhere,burnt off some calories,used muscles that I didn't know I had & came out sweating,I had curly hair & jelly legs,how's that good for you?!
I'm joining tomorrow!!!
