I have managed to use all the colours but not the heart option this time for the Colour Create challenge.
Image is "Imagine" by Pollycraft & so is the sentiment,coloured with Promarkers,papers are Dovecraft Wild Blossom,rest from stash.The card base is 8x8 by CWC.

Sketch Saturday#61...

This is my card for this weeks Sketch Saturday challenge.
I have used another Pollycraft download from the Cherry Kisses Frames "Remembering",this time coloured with ProMarkers,papers are MME Bloom& Grow,rest from stash.

Over on the Pollycraft blog,Paula is offering 4 sets of the soon to be released "Twiddley Wings Set 2",they are so cute,I have been colouring mine already!!! The candy ends Fri 31st July at Midnight,so hurry over & enter.
Best get ready for the gym now,I have a Fitball class at 10.30am & then later on we are going to sort out the ID/mortgage side of things for the new house!!! all exciting now!!!

I just luv this lil cat's face,look,it's sooooo cute!!!

We have been to look at a bungalow this morning & it is 100% fabulous,we have put an offer in & we are just waiting to hear if it has been accepted.

I Got A New Book...

I'm sooo excited,I just bought the new Stephenie Meyer book "The Host".
Stephenie is the author of the "Twilight" books & they were just amazing,so I'm really looking forward to this new book & it's HUGEEEEE!!!!
It did cost £7.50 (Asda) for the paperback,but I couldn't walk past it!!!
If I'm missing for a while,you know why ;0)xxx

Penny Black Saturday Challenge#58~Soft & Sweet...

Phew!!! just made the PBSC before it changes,tomorrow!!!!
It has only taken me 2 days to complete this card,lol!!!
I just seem to be really busy at the mo & trying to craft when I can.
This image was coloured with Prisma pencils & Sansador,paper is MME Wild Asparagus,embroidered "sweet" is Anna Griffin,(had to run it through my Xyron to make it sticky),flowers & rest from stash.
I have to go dash off again,as we are looking at 2 houses,we looked at 1 yesterday,I hated it & Paul luved it,lol!!! Wonder what we will find today?!

Double Dutch Challenge #22 & Pollycraft Freebie...

I must be getting back into the swing of things,as I have had this card made since Monday!!! Busy,busy,busy again.
I'm back at the gym too & it feels brilliant,I have really missed my excercise.
The house sale is coming along nicely,we still haven't found a house but have a few to look at,so will let you know.
My card is for the Double Dutch Challenge,following their sketch (great,as all measurements are provided!) & the image is the free Pollycraft download "Vase Full Of Love".I coloured the image with my Prismacolor Pencils & blended with Sansador,it felt odd using them after so long,much more work involved than with ProMarkers!!!
The papers are K&Co Smitten.

Cute Card Thursday #69~Xmas In July...

I didn't think I would be joining in this CCT challenge,as all my Xmas stuff are in the loft,but got the Docrafts Creativity mag yesterday & these Daisy stamps were free with it,so had a lil rummage & found some SU papers to go with it & managed to create a card!!!
Image is stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa Ink,coloured with Promarkers,cardstock was a bargain find at my local craft shop,it's DCWV & has a white core,so just had to get the sandpaper on it!!!
I'm feeling much better now,I'm allowed to mingle with people again today,so will be good to get out.
The house sale is going through,we found out on Friday,so that's good,although we still can't find a house,just so typical!!!

Colour Create Challenge #23~Blue & White (Option-Vintage)...

I'm in shock,I have just found out I have Swine Flu!
No wonder I have been feeling so poorly,it started on holiday & then when I got home it got worse.Paul looked the symptoms up on the NHS website & it all matched,an advisor rang me back & told me to contact my GP,who diagnosed Swine Flu.I should start to feel better after Monday,but it leaves you exhausted (tell me about it!).It could only happen to me,lol!!!

This card is for this weeks Colour Create challenge,using blue & white & the extra option of vintage,think I have managed both.

I ♥ ProMarkers 1st Challenge...

Hello Everyone!!!

This is my 1st DT card for the I ♥ ProMarkers,1st challenge,over on Facebook.

You have to follow the sketch provided (see above pic(middle)) & colour with ProMarkers,there is a fabulous prize to be won (see above pic (btm)).

The challenges are monthly,so plenty of time to join in,it would be great to see you over there.

My Geisha Anya image is coloured with the ProMarker colours that are in the prize,Rose Pink,Vanilla,Warm Grey1,Amethyst & Carmine (I also used Dusky Pink for skin).

Paper is Making Memories Olivia,doiley is from my hols in Turkey,they use them all the time, so I looked in the supermarket & managed to get 2 diff sizes,for about 70p a packet!!!

Passion For Promarkers #8~Gold & Ruby...

HELLO!!!
I'm back from my holiday & full of cold!!!
We had an amazing,realaxing 2 weeks of nothing but sunbathing,we didn't even bother with any trips,we just needed the break & it was great.
The day we went away we found out the house was sold,the buyer had her mortgage approved & the surveyor came out whilst we were away.
Got home on Saturday to be told the surveyor had down valued our house by £7,500 (due to other houses in the street selling cheap,as they belonged to old people & needed complete refurbs),BUT....my buyer still wants it & is doing what she can to raise the £7,500 by Friday (the est agents gave her until Friday to see if she is serious & so we are not hanging on wondering),so as you can imagine,it is driving us mad! We don't know if we should be looking at houses,making offers or what?!
Anyhoo!!! on to some good news,you may have noticed my flashy new DT badge in my side bar>>>,yup! I made it onto the I (heart) Promarkers DT over on Facebook,yeyyyy!!!!
Get ready for the first challenge tomorrow,it's sooo exciting!!!
The card I have made today is for the Passion For Promarkers challenge.I had to use Poppy instead of Ruby,as I don't have that colour (yet!),other colours used are,Gold,Blush,Ivory,Satin,Cinammon & Pine.
