I made this notebook for both Sue & Nikki's Breast Cancer Awareness projects.I wasn't going to join in,as my Mum had breast cancer when she was 19 & I find it hard to think about.The lump was removed ,along with her ovaries,to stop her breasts from functioning,so that meant she couldn't have any more children (just me & my sister).As there is a family history of breast cancer,we (myself included) have to go for annual mammograms & have also seen geneticists (sp?).
I don't want to upset my Mum by giving her this book & get her thinking about it all again,so I made this book with her in mind & will enter it into both Sue & Nikki's Pink blog candy,if I win,I will tell my Mum & then it will make her smile!!! :o)x
