Penny Black Saturday Challenge#23~Monochromatic...

This card is for the PB challenge,this week it is Monochromatic.
I used a PB stamp called "Burst of Stars",I painted it with Distress Inks in Black Soot & Weathered Wood.I added some Sakura glitter pen,paper is DCWV,buckle is SU (Hodgepodge),ribbon,brads & gems from stash.TFL :o)xxx
