This is my entry into the Tilda & Friends ATC Challenge,that has a theme of Wet & Windy,this week.
I chose Tilda in Wellies,although she has no coat on!!!!!
I coloured with prismas & sansador,used waterfall stickles (really like that colour)on all the rainy bits,like puddle & raindrops.Peel offs were used for the word "RAIN",then 2 diddy crystals each side of it.I inked all edges in baby blue.
