Penny Black~3. PINK,GREEN & BROWN....

I'm just squeezing 1 last challenge in,lol!!!!
I have to do this one,it involves PB's & they are my faves.
I used Nana's Nursery paper from DCWV,coloured with distress inks & added some stickles.
The swirls are Studio G, 99p ,clear stamps.Sentiment is K&Co,lge bloom is from http://www.gorillacrafts.co.uk/ ,the big button in the middle was part of a craft set from Poundland,had it years,added a lil bumble bee charm from my stash.
The brown ribbon is from http://www.confetti.co.uk/ ,(where I used to work!!! ,tell them I sent you,lol). They have some really good craft things & ribbon is sold by the reel.

My Prize....

My stamp's I won, on Friday Sketchers,have arrived,along with a beautiful card from Jacqueline.
The stamps are adorable & can't wait to use them,will prob be after my hols now ,as getting rather busy!!! Thankyou everybody over at Friday Sketchers :o)

Big panic here this morning! I went to check passports & my son's wasn't there,arghhhhh!!!
Paul rang him at work & he said he hadn't seen it or used it for anything.
I nearly layed an egg!
I was running about the house,I went into his bedroom & found it amongst all his car documents! (Hmmmm...."haven't seen it!"....indeed!!!)
Teenagers,not a care in the world & soooo blummin lazy,lol!!!!

I'm trying to squeeze a few more challenges in before I go,so will prob be back later.

PTW~SKETCH 5...

I followed Katharina's sketch for this challenge.
I used BG Fusion paper & my new Stampendous stamp set.
I coloured with distress inks & also inked the edges with them.Orange card is Bazzill Bling,ribbon was sent to me by Shelly.Flowers are Flora Doodles (Joanna Sheen) & the gem flowers are off an old nail file!!!!

A Spoon Full Of Sugar~Checks....

This weeks challenge is to use checks,which I just luv.
I really enjoyed making this card,I had stuff out all over the place,lol!!!
Think that must be a sign ,I was engrosed!!!!
Paper & stickers are by PM,from a mothers day scrapbook set,the papers in this kit are really pretty.
Image was sent to me by Rach & also the sentiment.
Lace is from John Lewis.Pink staples are Making Memories.
Metal flower is a paperclip from Paperchase (there is one in Leeds train station & I always have to go in!!!)
Ribbon from stash,brad is BG,clip is MM.

Bella Baby Pacifiah...

The lil cutie-pants!!! I just had to have it as soon as I spotted it on www.stampingbella.com
So I got it off Tracy again (Diestodiefor).
I used Nana's Nursery glittery paper,ribbon is from Tesco,image coloured with distress inks.

I have to tell you (just in case you don't know!!!),I won again!!! 3 times in 1 week!!!!
Last Sat I won Ella Bellas Fairy candy,then I won the Lily stamps on Friday Sketchers,also on Saturday I won Stamping Caz's blog candy,woohoo!!!! Hanglar & Stanglar images & some other goodies.I couldn't believe it,I nearly wet myself with excitement,lol!!!!
I did the lottery on Saturday & only got 1 blinkin number,but hey,I got plenty candy,teehee!!!!

Penny Black Saturday Challenge #2-Friendship

This is my card for this weeks challenge.
I used glittered paper from the DCWV Blossoms & Butterflies stack.The pink card is Bazzill Bling,run through the Swiss Dots,Cuttlebug embossing folder.
The images are 3 diff PB stamps,I stamped the letters with Antique,Hero Arts alphabet.
Coloured with distress inks.
I drew around all the edges with a Marvy pen.

Stamp Something Challenge (week 7)...

Here's the PINK version!!!
This is made for the Stamp Something challenge,which is a sketch this week.
I used Prismas to colour image (Baby Buttercup,as before),cut the image out & mounted on foam pads,zoomz are from www.stampgalaxy.co.uk ,paper is same as before (Patty Cake Paisley by Flair Designs),but in PINK.Card is Bazzill.adhesive lace is from local craft shop.Bling is by PM.Rub-on by American Crafts.
Just waiting for the PB challenge to appear,then off to craft again!!!!

My Operation...

I just wanted to let you know,that I will be going into hospital on 21st July.
I think most of you know,I have been in & out of hospital,the last few months,so they have decided I need a Hysterectomy & soon.
I go on hols next Sunday (29th) for 2 weeks,to Turkey,so I will be home for a week & then off in hospital!
I think I will be in about a week,what will I do without my card making & blogging?!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can get internet access from your bed in there now,so I might still be able to talk to you all,lol!!!! :o)xxx

21st Birthday Card....

When my daughter,Holly,saw this image,she straight away said her friend ,Amy,would luv it & her 21st b'day is approaching,so I rustled this lil card up for her.
Another of the Kerry Jo set (I luv this set sooo much!!!),they are so easy to use.
I die cut the name with my Big Shot & the Cuttlebug Hippie-Chick alphabet,using Doodlebug spotty paper.The background paper is so sparkly,it is made by Creative Imaginations.I watercoloured the image & used some blk glitter glue on btm of dress & on feathers in hair.I doodles with stencil,around edges.

This one I made because I think she is so beautiful & everytime I see someone use this stamp,it makes me want to,too!!!
I watercoloured her in Lilac & then used stickles on her tutu.Paper is DCWV stack,rest is from stash & the doodling is by me with my freebie stencil!!!

CCT-Birthday card...

I got a luvly surprise yesterday,from Gill,she sent me a cute ATC & some H&S images :o)!!!!!
I have used some already,as you can see on my card for Cute Card Thursday,who want Birthday Cards this week.
I can manage that,no probs!!! Been a bit stuck for challenges last few days,as a few blogs have a bit too difficult themes this week,lol!!!
I had fun making this card,as I found a free mag gift in my stash,it is a stencil & has stitching & shapes on it,so been doodling all day!!!!
Ppaer is Blooms & Butterflies from DCWV,image coloured with waterpencils.pocket is Lil Davies,I made tag from piece of card & rounded corners & punched a hole in top.Ribbons are SU,so is white gel pen.Sentiment is Pebbles inc rub-on,bling PM.

I have combined 2 challenges with this card.
PTW want hot colours so I used some paper by Pebblesinc (Happy Flower Line Up),it is hot pink & orange,so fits the bill,I used orange stickles on the centre of flowers.Ribbon was sent to me by Shelly.
A Spoonfull Of Sugar,want celebration cards & are now letting us use H&S images,woohoo!!!

Friday Sketchers/Penny Black Saturday Challenge-1st PB Stamp...

Isn't it exciting a brand new challenge & all about Penny Black stamps!!! Deep Joy!!!!!
This 1st week was to make a card with the very 1st PB stamp you bought.
This was mine,cos I like ladybirds (& PINK & Sunflowers!!!!).I remember buying an iron-on transfer of the same image,so when I saw the stamp,I had to have it!!!
I have used Cosmo Cricket Dutch Girl papers,I have done a bit of doodling in gold gel pen,here & there & stamped a flourish from Studio G 99p set.The sentiment is Hero Arts (sirstampalot).Ribbon is SU (I buy from Monica),flower from my bottomless jar ;O)
I'm also using this card for the Friday Sketchers challenge,as I followed their sketch & really enjoyed it.

New Goodies!!!!

Friday was a fabby post day!!!
I got my very 1st order from www.Poppicrafts.co.uk & was really impressed.
All the pink & wht stuff on right are from there,you should see the new Hydrangeas,wow,they are whoppers (2",3",4").They are sooo scrumptious!!!
I got them quickly too,so will deffo be back for more.
I also got a new small Koi waterbrush to get into all the fiddly bits on images,that was from www.cardsofdistinction.co.uk
Then popped over to Gorilla crafts & bought more flowers (haha!!! for my jar ;O)cos I need them!!!)& bought the luvly Blooms & Butterflies DCWV paper.
Just lurve it when I get new goodies,ahhhhh!!!!! :o)x

U like my new Bag?!!!!

I bought myself a gorgeous new bag & it doesn't require shoes to match,lol!!!!
This lil beauty was bought from www.craftsulove.co.uk & the svc I rcvd was fantastic!!
As I mentioned,I have swapped rooms & I had stuff all over,not good when trying to sell my house,haha!!!!
